HeartBeets Reviews

Is HeartBeets Any Good?

Published: 25th Feb 24

HeartBeets is The Best Blood Pressure Supplement Right Now.

HeartBeets is a new blood pressure and heart health supplement designed to help people with high blood pressure and cardiovascular problems. It targets these issues using a number of scientifically tested ingredients. The question is, does it deliver on its promises?

HeartBeets, as the name suggests, contains a high dose of beetroot extract (which is probably the best ingredient for blood pressure and heart health available) together with olive leaf, folate, Q10, garlic powder extract, vitamin C, magnesium, B6, B2, green tea extract, hibiscus, hawthorn, and ginger extract.

Every ingredient in HeartBeets has been tested in clinical trials and linked to improvements in heart health, blood flow, blood circulation, vasodilation, and blood vessel health. The ingredients in HeartBeets have been carefully selected to boost the body’s natural production of nitric oxide, a compound vital for blood vessel health and function, immune response, and even faster muscle recovery.

In addition, several of the ingredients are also known to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, while others can also lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Not only does HeartBeets contain excellent, scientifically-proven ingredients, but they have been included at optimal doses, ensuring this supplement actually works without running the risk of causing side effects.

Customer reviews have been glowing, with many people thrilled to have found a beetroot supplement specifically formulated to deal with blood pressure that contains additional ingredients that also work.

The one shortcoming of HeartBeets is that it is more expensive than most beetroot supplements, but when you consider that it contains a high extract ratio dose of beetroot (in other words, it contains a lot of the good parts of beetroot) combined with 12 other active ingredients, the price starts to look pretty reasonable. Bear in mind, pretty much every other beetroot supplement contains only beetroot - and not always with a high extract ratio!

In short, HeartBeets is the best blood pressure and health health supplement currently available, and the most comprehensive beet supplement too. It offers the extraordinary health benefits of beetroot combined with ingredients that support, amplify, and add to those benefits. We highly recommend HeartBeets.

HeartBeets Customer Reviews

Although a fairly new beet supplement, HeartBeets is already gathering praise from customers.

Many note an improvement in blood pressure rates, report a lower occurrence of headaches, and less shortness of breath.

Other customers report feeling less anxious, a symptom of high blood pressure that some people experience.

There are even HeartBeets customers successfully using the supplement to boost nitric oxide production for post-workout muscle recovery. Several report having increased workout endurance and performance since beginning to use the supplement.

Whilst the reviews we do have access too, are positive, and there are more in europe than the US, we can't score it more than 7/10 without more available for this section. The ingredients section however, is another story, and HeartBeets will be getting nearly full marks on that front.

HeartBeets Ingredients

Beetroot Extract 4:1 (500mg): Beetroot is a formidable source of natural nitrate. The body uses nitrate to make nitric oxide, which is vital for a number of biological functions, including cardiovascular health (vasodilation, blood flow, endothelium function, and prevention of blood clots), neurotransmission, immune function, metabolism regulation, and respiratory function. Beetroot has been linked to lower blood pressure in several studies [1, 2], and improved exercise performance [3, 4] - both benefits derive primarily or completely from the increase in nitric oxide.

Olive Leaf (500mg): Olive leaf is another powerful blood pressure-lowing ingredient, with many studies supporting its efficacy [5, 6]. In addition, olive leaf offers an extra immune system boost, is an effective anti-inflammatory, an antioxidant, and can reduce bad cholesterol.

Folate (2,500mcg): Folate is another name for vitamin B9. Folate supplementation has been shown to significantly reduce the risk of being diagnosed with high blood pressure and is more effective than simply eating folate-rich foods [7]. In addition, folate is thought to improve the bioavailability of nitric oxide [8], which means this supplement works together with beetroot to boost the total amount of nitric oxide in the body.

Garlic Powder 4:1 (150mg): Garlic powder is another powerful blood pressure regulator [9]. It also helps to keep down bad cholesterol levels [10], boost the immune system [11], and improve athletic performance [12].

Q10 (30mg): Coenzyme Q10 (also known as Q10) is an energy generator and an antioxidant. It is thought to be vital in maintaining heart health by ensuring optimum energy levels, preventing oxidative stress, and improving heart function [13]. What’s more, this powerful coenzyme has been linked to improved athletic performance, slowing the effects of aging on the skin, and reducing the impact of diabetes.

Vitamin C (250mg): Vitamin C is another antioxidant and, as such, offers de facto cardiovascular benefits as oxidative stress is linked to cardiovascular disease [14]. Furthermore, vitamin C boosts nitric oxide production aiding vasodilation and blood vessel health [15].

Magnesium (200mg): Magnesium is an essential mineral and an anti-inflammatory. It can significantly lower the risk of cardiovascular disease by regulating blood pressure [16]. It also helps to regulate blood sugar levels, improve exercise performance, and help with mood regulation and sleep.

B6 (1.3mg): B6 is an essential vitamin that the body cannot produce by itself. B6 has significant health benefits for blood vessels and the heart, including preventing blood clots and lowering the risk of heart disease [17]. It is also associated with improved brain function, better mood, and a reduction in depression.

B2 (1.1mg): Important for energy production, B2 is also thought to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, particularly when paired with folate, as it is in HeartBeets [18].

Green Tea Extract (250mg): Green Extract is a powerful antioxidant that offers numerous health benefits. It is known to reduce blood pressure, lower cholesterol, aid with weight loss (which also has cardiovascular benefits as less fat means less pressure on the heart), improve exercise performance and recovery, and improve cognitive function.

Hibiscus: Hibiscus is a plant extract that is high in antioxidants. Hibiscus can improve heart health, promote weight loss, and lower blood pressure [19].

Hawthorn: Another plant extract high in antioxidants, hawthorn can help lower cholesterol, decrease blood pressure, fight inflammation, and improve digestion.

Ginger Extract: Ginger is a potent anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant. It can aid with weight loss, reduce symptoms of joint inflammation, lower blood sugar levels, and reduce the risk of heart disease.

HeartBeets Review Conclusion

Although a new heart health supplement, HeartBeets is already competing for the top spot in its niche.

The extensive and optimally dosed ingredients make this supplement the most effective and well-researched there is for lowering blood pressure, increasing nitric oxide production, and improving heart health.
We can not recommend it enough, and even though it is more expensive than most other beetroot supplements, it offers much more in terms of health benefits.
